Barista Service

Notre maison a une expérience de plusieurs années concernant l'équipement professionnel pour le produit expresso et elle pourra vous conseiller de façon adéquate. Elle a sa propre organisation de réparation et de service. Toutes les machines seront contrélées techniquement avant livraison. Les clients recevront un mode d'emploi complet, contenant des conseils "Barista" pour la préparation de café et le fonctionnement parfaite de la machine.

Spécifications et Garantie

Nos produits sont utilisables  dans les pays de l'Union Européenne, équipes de 230V (50-60H) et fiche-UE. De petites modifications dans nos articles peuvent se produire en raison du développement de fabrication. Vous aurez 24 mois de pleine garantie sur les expresso machines et moulin de café, y compris les piéces de rechange et les frais de réparation.

Tous nos prix de livraison sont en Euros, l'assurance y est comprise. Nos clients recevront leur numéro pour "Track & Trace". En ce qui concerne les pays non pas nommes sur la liste, on vous en informera sur demande.

Hi Rolf,  thanks for the reply. That's great! Ok, so I would like to order the Brewtus III. Really looking forward to getting my hands on it! However, I won't order anything else. I need to leave some  money for food and beans! I trust this is all in order. Thanks again, and have a good new years eve also! (…) Have just received a very heavy box at my place of work! Thanks for  the manual. The Brewtus arrived safely and all seems to be working fine. It's a huge move up to this machine for me, so I do have a good bit of relearning to do coming from the Gaggia classic. I think I may have a lot to learn on the barista skills front! The Brewtus is a steam beast! So far I have not been able to master it - I usually only make enough milk for one. 
Finally, I am looking forward to the weekend, so that I can spend some proper time playing with the Brewtus. Thanks again for everything Rolf. So far though, I am very happy! Regards, Paul

Overall I was quite satisfied with the Brewtus and your service. The price wasn't too bad either for the machine. You did provide a very good level of personal service, answering all my questions etc, which is certainly appreciated. The only downside is the time it took to get the machine to Finland. The time you took in serving me, is of course another matter. That's a big asset, don't loose that! I appreciated the machine check on your side.  Besides basic operation, it was reassuring to know that the brew temperature and brew pressure is roughly what  the machine indicates. I certainly didn’t mind your test shots with real coffee, as the ultimate test. I'm not jealous of the "virgin" pull :-) Rather, knowing the machine works properly gives me the perfect peace of mind to concentrate on learning my barista skills. And with this calibre of a machine, I'm expecting to improve a lot!
