Prices maintenance espresso machines, espresso machines

Some maintenance tasks you can sometimes perform yourself, but
others do not. Think of completely descaling the boiler or the
preventive replacement of worn parts. Therefore, we recommend once
to have a professional maintenance service performed per year. Our
prices for maintenance:

(Semi) professional espresso machine

• Espresso machine minor annual maintenance for €145
• Espresso machine major maintenance for €190
• For machines with a double boiler, we charge an additional fee of €30
  
• There is an additional charge of €50 for espresso machines with a rotary pump
• Cleaning + adjusting coffee grinder €45

Consumer espresso machine

• Maintenance Quickmill for €110
• Maintenance Rancilio Silvia for €150

CasaBarista charges €50 inspection costs if you decide against repair or maintenance of the espresso machine after inspection.

Warranty on maintenance

The warranty on possibly replaced parts is 6 months.

Procedure for repairing espresso machine

After inspecting a defective espresso machine, you will receive a price indication from us. You then decide whether to have the repair carried out. You can bring the defective espresso machine to one of our locations or use the Pick Up & Return service if this can be arranged in consultation with the location. We strongly advise against using the Pick Up & Return service via national parcel delivery, to prevent damage to espresso machines in poorly packaged machines. We also offer loan espresso machines so you can continue to brew coffee at home. When returning the defective espresso machine, please include the completed repair & maintenance form.
