This handmade 'no nonsense' espresso machine is equipped with a PID temperature control, a commercial rotary pump, and has the convenient dual water function. You can use the water reservoir or connect the machine directly to a water tap. Furthermore, as we are used to from Rocket: professional performance through the heat exchanger for direct coffee, steam, and boiling (tea) water, plus a heavily chrome-plated Faema E61 brew group.

Het grootste verschil zit in geluid, gebruikscomfort en de mogelijkheid voor een vaste wateraansluiting.
Een vibratiepomp is iets hoorbaarder tijdens het zetten van espresso, maar levert gewoon genoeg druk voor een goede extractie. Dit is vaak een goede keuze als je de machine met het waterreservoir gebruikt en een iets voordeligere uitvoering zoekt.
Een rotatiepomp is stiller en voelt rustiger aan in gebruik. Daarnaast is deze pomp geschikt voor een vaste wateraansluiting, wat handig is als je veel koffie zet en het reservoir niet steeds wilt bijvullen.

Ja, de Mozzafiato R Fast is onderdeel van de FAST serie van Rocket. Dankzij de actief verwarmde E61 zetgroep is de machine in ongeveer 15 minuten klaar om espresso te zetten en melk op te schuimen.
Een rotatiepomp is stiller, krachtiger en voelt professioneler aan in gebruik. Ook maakt deze pomp het mogelijk om de machine direct op de waterleiding aan te sluiten.
Een vibratiepomp is eenvoudiger en komt vaker voor bij compactere espressomachines. Voor dagelijks gebruik werkt dat prima, maar een rotatiepomp biedt meer comfort en rust.
