Rocket R9
In designing the Rocket Espresso R9, engineer Ennio Berti opted for 'fully saturated' brew groups to further enhance the temperature stability of the machine with PID systems in this multi-boiler machine.
Aesthetically, the R9 shares the contemporary look that distinguishes Rocket Espresso machines from others, with a low machine height that creates better interaction between customer and barista.
The digital display shows the boiler temperature, which can be adjusted in increments of 0.1 degrees Celsius, and has shot timers per group.
Each brew group is equipped with its own stainless steel boiler, and the machine has a separate stainless steel steam boiler.
The Rocket R9 is available with 2, 3, or 4 groups in 'Espresso cup' height (86 mm)
