This handmade 'no nonsense' espresso machine is equipped with a PID temperature control, a commercial rotary pump, and has the convenient dual water function. You can use the water reservoir or connect the machine directly to a water tap. Furthermore, as we are used to from Rocket: professional performance through the heat exchanger for direct coffee, steam, and boiling (tea) water, plus a heavily chrome-plated Faema E61 brew group.

Veelgestelde vragen
Technisch lijken beide machines sterk op elkaar. Het grootste verschil zit in het ontwerp. De Giotto heeft de kenmerkende hoekige zijpanelen, terwijl de Mozzafiato een strakker en rechter ontwerp heeft.
De R Fast heeft een stille rotatiepomp en kan op de waterleiding worden aangesloten. De V Fast gebruikt een vibratiepomp en werkt uitsluitend met het interne waterreservoir.
Ja, de rotatiepomp werkt merkbaar stiller dan een traditionele vibratiepomp. Daardoor is de machine prettig in gebruik in een open keuken of rustige woonomgeving.
Ja, je kunt kiezen tussen het interne waterreservoir en een vaste aansluiting op de waterleiding. Hierdoor kun je de machine eerst vrijstaand gebruiken en later eventueel aansluiten.
