The Rocket RE Doppia combines the latest Rocket Espresso technology in this machine with Italian design, making it perfect for preparing the best coffees in your Specialty Coffee bar. The machine has a separate boiler for each coffee brewing group and also separate steam boilers. The machine can be equipped with a choice of 4-button or 6-button touchpads. In addition to having optimal temperature stability through a PID, the steam boiler provides fantastic steam pressure. Available with 2 or 3 groups and standard adjustable drip tray height.
