The Rocket Sotto Banco is a stylish under counter machine, with sleek brewing groups that are an eye-catcher on your bar. The boilers and the control panel of the machine are mounted under your bar, out of sight. The machine for your high-end coffee bar! The stylish 'saturated' brewing groups with a steam pipe for each group. are placed above the bar just like the hot water outlet! The machine has a separate boiler for each coffee brewing group. and in addition a separate steam boiler. The machine can be executed with a choice of 4-button or 6-button touchpads. In addition to having optimal temperature stability through a PID, the steam boiler provides fantastic steam pressure. Available with 2 or 3 groups.
