De set bestaat uit de Bezzera Sole PID espressomachine, Newton 55 koffiemolen en Bezzera Toolset, allemaal passend bij een zwarte koffie-opstelling. Je hebt daarmee direct een machine, espressomolen en de belangrijkste barista-accessoires.
Ja. De Newton 55 heeft een traploos instelbare maalgraad, waardoor je de maling zeer nauwkeurig kunt afstellen op de Sole PID. Daarnaast beschikt hij over een touchdisplay waarop je twee doseringen kunt programmeren en heeft hij een continue maalmodus.
Ja. De Newton 55 beschikt over het Quiet Grinding System, dat specifiek is ontwikkeld om het maalgeluid te verminderen. Dat maakt hem praktisch wanneer je bijvoorbeeld vroeg in de ochtend espresso zet.
Ja. De Sole heeft zowel PID-temperatuurregeling als een geïntegreerde shot timer. Je kunt de zettemperatuur aanpassen en tijdens de extractie precies volgen hoelang je espresso doorloopt.
Ja. De Sole PID heeft een dubbel watersysteem. Je kunt het interne reservoir van 4 liter gebruiken of de machine rechtstreeks aansluiten op de vaste waterleiding.
