Besides knowledge of the barista profession, you also understand the (technical) operation of the equipment you operate. You can expertly support customers with various questions 'remotely', online, and also here in Harderwijk / Ermelo, our own location. You can also solve more technically complex issues or find it interesting to learn how to solve them. You maintain contacts with the technicians of our (foreign) suppliers and you are an important point of contact for all our customers. And upon proven suitability, you could even take on the administrative processing. Do you recognize yourself in this and also in the following:
- You are an enthusiastic coffee lover, passionate about the barista profession, and have a lot of know-how about the equipment.
- You get happy when you can guide customers to the best coffees for home, you are hospitable, (customer) friendly, and accurate.
- You are detail-oriented, also in logistics and perhaps even administrative.
- You get excited when you can tinker with the most beautiful and best espresso machines available on the market.
- You speak and write Dutch well and can manage well in English.
- You are that jack-of-all-trades, flexible and enjoy working in a nice small team.
